As far back as I can remember, people have trusted me with their struggles. Even as a child, classmates and friends would share their problems with me, and I naturally found myself listening, encouraging, and offering guidance. That early gift shaped my lifelong passion for helping others find hope, clarity, and direction.

For more than 16 years, I’ve supported individuals, families, church leaders, and high-profile professionals through counseling, coaching, and consulting—helping them navigate personal challenges, grow emotionally, and pursue meaningful change.

I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and am a licensed LPC-Associate in Texas, practicing under the supervision of Paul Martinez, LPC-S. I also serve as an independent contractor for a psychiatric company, bringing additional insight into mental health care. Along with my formal counseling training, I bring extensive experience in faith-based consulting, executive coaching, and media work.

My approach blends practical tools, evidence-informed techniques, and faith-informed guidance—delivered with compassion, insight, and respect for each client’s unique beliefs.
