How to Activate the Gifts of Healing

These gifts of the Holy Spirit are His. He decides for who and when they are needed in manifested form. Don’t get discouraged if you have never seen any particular gift (grace) operate through you. In the proper time, they will as He identifies the need. However, it is true that what we truly desire we pursue and are very likely to see produced in our lives. Seek after a greater understanding of all these graces.

The Lord is good and He can’t help but to show Himself powerful! He manifests His presence, essence, character, will, and goodness through the gifts of the Holy Spirit as noted in 1 Corinthians 12. Today, I want to get you acquainted with the gifts of healing (v9). The gifts of healing are the supernatural, tangible, power source that no one can earn, yet it produces the remedy for the issue that demands the healings, whatever they may be.

One of the ways I have seen the gifts of healing in my own life is when I have prayed for people to receive healing on their back. It does not mean I only see healings on an individual’s backs, but that has been quite common. I want to believe the Lord for healings of all sorts. Won’t you do the same with me? If we have already taken an inventory on why some won’t get healed, then we can’t focus on the ones that have, can, and are awaiting. Retrain your mind to think like Christ. There is no sickness in heaven, so why put up with it on the earth as much as you can help it? The responses to all unanswered questions can be submitted in heaven when you arrive. Until then, believe the Lord for His mighty gifts of healing to show up on the earth!
