Why Executive Coaching?
Executive Coaching challenges the client's thinking and approach to the professional world they are building and managing, but not without the help and direction of the Holy Spirit. As a recipient of my own executive coaching sessions by some of the very best, I not only bring my own professional qualifications and life experience, but I share in the journey with you. I personally know the restraints of limiting beliefs, unresolved personal issues, lack of pleasure in my business, grief, and the powerful, yet contradicting desires to dream, succeed, and grow a business.
Why Executive Coaching?
I have learned to describe executive coaching as the "counseling session on steroids". I have provided Pastoral Counseling for years and hold a Master's, degree in Professional Counseling. Coaching is my favored and effective manner to deal with a business-minded person.
Is this coaching only for faith-based clients?
The answer is that my coaching session can be beneficial to faith-based and non-faith-based clients. While my faith is part of how I direct my sessions, it is not necessary for you to participate in my beliefs.
How many sessions would I need?
You, as a client, can benefit greatly from just one session. However, if you are committed to growth and change, it is best to do several sessions. This can be assed and decided at the first meeting and reevaluated thereafter.
My preferred meeting method is in person for the local clients. However, considering the wonderful world of technology, we can meet via Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom meeting link once your payment has been made.
How do you host your sessions?
Out-of-State Traveling
Are you interested in scheduling an accelerated coaching package? If so, this may be the investment for you. If you are interested in doing a two-day intensive coaching in your own area, we can discuss and determine eligibility and availability. Airfare, food, hotel, coaching fees, meeting location fees, and other costs for Teresa and her assistant will apply.
